The audit

LooksAI reads the public page at the address you give, its stylesheets and, for pages that build themselves in the browser, its main script. It does not log in anywhere and changes nothing on your site. The score is the result of fixed rules, an opinion about design and not a guarantee of anything.

Results get a public link so they can be shared. Anyone with the link can see the score and the list of tells. Do not check pages you are not allowed to share results about.

Fixes

Paid fixes are delivered as code by email within 24 hours of payment for a single page. Whole site orders start within 24 hours and arrive page by page. The monthly plan can be cancelled any time from your Stripe receipt or by replying to any of our emails. If we cannot deliver, we refund in full.

What we keep

The address you checked and its result. Your email, if you join the list or buy. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card. We do not sell or share your data, and we delete it on request.
